  • Travel packages are provided through OK2GO Travels as our authorized partner
  • Travel arrangements are subject to separate terms and conditions
  • We are not responsible for travel-related issues beyond our control
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Transmitting, or procuring the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, government regulations, or other force majeure events.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
